You Are Here: Success Stories

Dear Jack,

When I received your e-mail back in May, offering me free access to your website, I jumped at the chance.  When you offered me the opportunity to speak to one of your coaches, I had to think about it for a few hours…  I’d been wishing for a coach for years, but my shyness had stopped me from pursuing it.  The timing couldn’t have been more perfect.  I was on the verge of going live with my new business and also had a few books in the works, but I knew that my blocks were preventing me from living up to my full potential.  Having done several courses and read many books in the past few years, I had already come a long way from the timid reclusive little housewife I had once been.  The time had come to break through the last few barriers, and I knew I was going to need one-on-one help to push me to the finish line.  I had long admired you and your work, and I knew your philosophies were a perfect match.  I took a deep breath, made the phone call, and said goodbye to my old defeatist ways.

The transformation that has taken place within me thanks to you, your program, your excellent book, and my wonderful coach, is nothing short of astonishing.  My coach immediately spotted that I was a perfectionist – something I had always been very proud of.  But he helped me to see how my perfectionism was having a very negative effect on me and my performance, and steered me towards something much better:  excellence.

I was on the verge of a total burn-out.  I was feeling completely overwhelmed by everything I felt I had to do, and I was drowning.  Your book was a great help to me in this area.  Your time management system has helped me to stay focused, use my time more effectively, and to rest without feeling guilty.  I feel so much better now!

I won’t bore you with everything that I’ve learned – after all, you wrote the book!  Let’s just say that my copy of The Success Principles is completely dog-eared, that I frequently refer to it, and that I often find myself quoting it to others.  The book is brilliant on its own, certainly, but the greatest benefit of having a coach to guide me through it was that I was forced to follow through.  Someone was watching me and I could not chicken out and skip the things that made me feel uncomfortable.  I did things that terrified me, like setting dates to goals – I thought my brain might explode, but I did it!  I made scary phone calls.  I learned to introduce myself to strangers and navigate social events.  I asked people for help.  I said “no.”  I learned to focus on my successes and to keep a log of them.  I look in the mirror every day and tell myself what a wonderful person I am and what a great job I’m doing.

The past two weeks have also been my two best weeks ever.  Why?  Because I was finally finished with all of the modules!  Learning all of that information every week required great commitment and focus.  I did it, but it all went by so quickly that I wondered how much of it I had actually retained.  In the past couple of weeks, as I eased into a new routine, I found out how much of it really did stick!  I find myself automatically doing things I’ve learned – they have become a habit.  I find the things I’ve learned easily come to mind when I need them.  It’s like I now have a coach in my mind who speaks up and guides me whenever I need it!  There is absolutely no comparison between the way I functioned 4 months ago and the way I live my life now.  Everything is so much better!

Well Jack, I could go on for pages about what you’ve taught me, about my successes, about how wonderful I think you are, and how grateful I am to you.  I know you’re a very busy man, so I’m just going to say thank you, thank you, and thank you some more, and wish you the best and greatest success from the bottom of my heart.
